5 February 2009
Due to popular demand, Angels Den, the online matchmaking service which connects entrepreneurs to potential investors (www.angelsden.co.uk), is running an interactive workshop, entitled ‘What Angels Want!’, in central London on 25 February. Designed to help budding entrepreneurs get a kick start for 2009, this unique workshop will provide valuable information from successful entrepreneurs and insight from angel investors about what they really look for when investing in a business or new business idea.
Now the banks have shut up shop, equity funding is becoming the most popular solution for funding growing businesses. The experts, at the ‘What Angels Want!’ workshop, will be unravelling the secret world of Angel investing and showing companies how best to present their businesses to secure the funding that they need.
“We are passionate about helping our entrepreneurs as much as possible to get the funding they need to make their business a success. ‘What Angels Want!’ is one of the many ways in which we help entrepreneurs to get their business off the ground,” Bill Morrow, founder of Angels Den, said.
WhatAngels Want!’ will cover the inside track of Equity Funding including:
- Entrepreneurs’ first hand experiences
- How to build a great business
- Expert advice from a real life Angel Investor

This is a practical session, dealing with why Angels really invest and how to inspire them. There has never been a better time to get your business moving,” said Bill Morrow.
The workshop is part of a new programme of seminars that Angels Den is running to get fledgling businesses ‘investment ready’.
