Legal Training and Launch of Free Investment Document Serivce
We have a special event on 14th December where we will launch the new Edwards Wildman Investor Document Service and advise Angels on how to use it. The Investor Document Service is free for companies who raise funds through Angels Den and means you can avoid costly legal fees when making investments through us.
The training is free of charge this month and you can expect the following outcomes.
Awareness of all the legal documents used in making Angel Investments and when to (and not to) use them. This includes the dreaded NDA!
In depth knowledge of the Heads of Terms agreement that is used in the Edwards Wildman service and how to use it.
The session will be led by Paul Delahunty, an experienced Angel trainer, who will be assisted by experts from Edwards Wildman.
Afterwards there will be time for a festive drink with other Angels and the Angels Den and Edwards Wildman teams will be on hand to answer any specific questions.
